How Do I Get Started?

  Call our offices at 770-488-9334 and make an appointment for a FREE      consultation. 

  Prior to the consultation,
     obtain two copies of each of the following (as applicable):


              Recent pay stubs or other proof of income;
              Declarations pages for your homeowners and automobile insurance;
              Proof of your social security number.

  Complete the client information form online. If you prefer, you may print a copy      of the information form and fill it out as completely as you can.  

If you have previously entered information and did not finish, or would like to print it again, then enter your social security number here.

If you do not know all of your creditors, you might wish to contact a credit reporting agency and request a copy of your credit report. Be aware, however, 
that the report might not list everyone that you owe money.
